Siora is Beyond Developments' first beachfront master plan on Dubai Islands — a coastal sanctuary spanning over 2 million sqft on Island B. Launched in December 2025, Siora is conceived around the Japanese philosophy of Ikigai — the pursuit of purpose and fulfilment in everyday life. Designed as a pedestrian coastal district, more than 70% of the masterplan is dedicated to open green spaces and 6 km of uninterrupted beachfront. Hado is the first launched residential cluster within Siora — three sculpted towers each rising 21 floors, offering 1 to 4-bedroom residences with handover anticipated Q3 2029.
