Designed as an open-form architectural statement by studios MAD, desertINK, and DWP, the tower introduces 411 meticulously crafted 1, 2, and 3-bedroom residences — each extending outward through fluid canyon-style terraces that frame panoramic views of the Arabian Gulf, Burj Khalifa, and Downtown Dubai. A double-layered bronze aluminium façade and a vertical green ribbon unite urban sophistication with lush, immersive greenery.
